What can you teach?

     Grades 4-8; any subject, preferably math, language arts, or academic enrichment

     Academically and/or Intellectually Gifted

What are you offering?

     At this point, I'm really not sure of how to balance safety with meaningful and helpful work. I'm negotiable regarding place and times. My fees would start at $25/hour for one student.

Pods?

     I'm open to working with groups of students who know each other, if I'm comfortable with safety protocols and liability concerns.

​

Virtual?

     I'm not a total techno-geek, but I have taught virtually and I can be helpful via Google Classroom, Google Meets, Zoom, email, or telephone.

In Person Visits?

     Yes, if short, safe, and not too far away from Black Mountain.

​

High School?

     Perhaps. My son, a recent Engineering graduate of Clemson University, has limited times remotely to consult about Calculus and Statistics. His fiancee (also a Clemson graduate), employed as an Early Intervention Specialist with young children, has limited times remotely to consult about High School English or pre-school concerns.
